Title:
APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING VISUAL FIELD OUTLINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/027050
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Conventional perimeters do not have high inspection accuracy since the detected shapes of a scotoma and centrocecal scotoma are very rough, even though inspection times are long. This apparatus for extracting a visual field outline is characterized by comprising a means for generating a screen for extracting the visual field outline, a means for generating a screen for recording the visual field outline, a means for controlling the display of a fixation target, a means for setting target scanning lines, a means for controlling the display of a target, a means for storing the display position of the target, a means for receiving a first instruction, a means for controlling the first display of the target, a means for receiving a second instruction, a means for controlling the second display of the target, a means for receiving a third instruction, a means for controlling the third display of the target, a means for receiving an instruction for defining the position of the visual field outline, a means for recording the position of the visual field outline, and a means for continuous scanning. Therefore, the apparatus can improve the inspection accuracy remarkably, while achieving high-speed visual field inspection.
