Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of anticoagulant and antithrombotic drugs, and in particular to an application of sulfate gluco-galacto-oligosaccharide in preparation of an anticoagulant and/or antithrombotic drug. Disclosed in the present invention is the application of sulfate gluco-galacto-oligosaccharide in the preparation of the anticoagulant and/or antithrombotic drug. The structural formula of sulfate gluco-galacto-oligosaccharide is that R1-R24 are independently SO3
- or H, but not all H. Sulfate gluco-galacto-oligosaccharide of the present invention has obvious anticoagulant activity in vivo and in vitro, and can be used for preparing the anticoagulant and/or antithrombotic drug.
