Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate comprises: a base; a compensation layer, which is located on one side of the base; an insulating layer, which is located on the side of the compensation layer that is away from the base, and covers the compensation layer; and an active layer, which is located on the side of the compensation layer that is away from the base, wherein the vertical projection of the compensation layer on the base overlaps with the vertical projection of the active layer on the base, and the compensation layer is used for compensating for a threshold voltage of a thin-film transistor.
