Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic alignment envelope tracking power amplifier configuration. The envelope tracking power amplifier configuration adds an sequentially connected input signal envelope detector, envelope generation module and automatic time-delay alignment module on the basis of an envelope tracking power amplifier, thus enabling the envelope tracking power amplifier configuration to form a feedforward path, wherein the automatic time-delay alignment module comprises a phase lock loop circuit and a variable bandwidth filter, and is configured to calibrate a time delay of the feedforward path. The present invention achieves, in a single chip, the envelope tracking power amplifier by eliminating supportability of baseband signals, thus greatly reducing radio-frequency transmission link complexity, and improving reliability.
