Abstract:
In the present invention, a tape is wrapped around the outer peripheral surface of an injected mold, and a monomer solution is injected into a cavity formed therebetween, wherein the oil level change of the monomer solution injected into the cavity is filmed using a vision recognition system such that the injection flow rate or injection speed of the monomer solution can be minutely controlled using the vision recognition system, and while a controller controls the injection flow rate or injection speed of a monomer injector at each step according to the monomer solution oil level change filmed by the vision recognition system, the monomer solution can be injected to fill in the cavity.
