Abstract:
A first base station apparatus (2) comprises: a request signal receiving unit (10, 42, 44) for receiving, from a second base station apparatus (3), a request signal that requests the reduction of interference between a first cell (7) formed by the first base station apparatus (2) and a second cell (8) formed by the second base station apparatus (3); a resource determining unit (11, 44) for determining at least one of a radio resource to be used by the second base station apparatus (3) and a radio resource that the second base station apparatus (3) is inhibited from using; and an instruction signal transmitting unit (12, 44, 45) for transmitting an instruction signal, which designates the at least one of the radio resources stated above, to the second base station apparatus (3) over a channel that is formed in a similar manner to the radio communication channel between the first base station apparatus (2) and a mobile station apparatus.
