Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cover plate, a battery, and an energy storage device. The battery cover plate comprises: a top cover comprising a first surface and a second surface arranged opposite to each other, the top cover further comprising a mounting through hole which passes through the first surface and the second surface; and a pole member comprising a connection portion and a pole portion which are integrally arranged, wherein the connection portion is fixed to the first surface, the pole portion is arranged on the connection portion in a protruding manner, and the pole portion is fixed in and passes through the mounting through hole and is exposed from the second surface. By integrating conventionally separated pole and connecting piece into an integral whole, the parts of the battery cover plate are reduced, so that the structure of the battery cover plate is simplified; and during battery assembly, there is no need to connect the connection portion and the pole portion together by means of a welding process, thereby reducing the assembly steps of the battery cover plate, and also lowering the costs of the battery cover plate.
