Abstract:

A battery module, a battery pack and a device, relating to the technical field of batteries and used for optimizing the battery module structure. The battery module comprises a battery (1), a wire harness board (2), a circuit board (3) and a temperature acquisition assembly (4). The battery (1) comprises a top cover (12). The wire harness board (2) is arranged on the outer side of the top of the top cover (12), and the wire harness board (2) comprises a body (20) and an installation part (21) arranged on the body (20). The circuit board (3) is connected to the wire harness board (2). The temperature acquisition assembly (4) is installed on the installation part (21) and is tightly pressed on the top cover (12) by the circuit board (3). According to the battery module provided by the technical solution, on the premise of effectively realizing temperature acquisition of the top cover (12), the temperature acquisition assembly (4) cannot be damaged due to an overly large acting force applied by the circuit board (3), such that the temperature acquisition reliability of the temperature acquisition assembly (4) is effectively improved, and the working reliability of the battery module is also improved.
