Abstract:
A beverage extraction device, comprising a main machine (100). The main machine (100) comprises a water intake assembly (110), a heating assembly (120), a connecting rod mechanism (130) and an extraction mechanism (140), which are sequentially connected to each other. By means of the water intake assembly (110), water of an external water source enters the heating assembly (120) where the water is heated; and the heating assembly (120) conveys the heated hot water to the connecting rod mechanism (130). The connecting rod mechanism (130) comprises a connecting rod (134), a hot-water channel (400) is formed in the connecting rod (134), and the connecting rod (134) moves downward so as to be in communication with the extraction mechanism (140) and seal the extraction mechanism (140); the hot water enters the extraction mechanism (140) from the connecting rod mechanism (130), and a high pressure is formed in the extraction mechanism (140), such that extraction is achieved; and the connecting rod (134) moves upwards so as to leave the extraction mechanism (140), such that the pressure of the extraction mechanism (140) is relieved. The extraction mechanism (140) serves as an independent component, is arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod mechanism (130), can be freely taken out and can be directly placed under a faucet for cleaning, such that the extraction mechanism has the beneficial effects of being simple and convenient to clean, not having to worry about the waterproof problem of the whole machine, and it being possible to rapidly dismount and clean same.
