Abstract:
The present invention addresses the technical problem of devising a bismuth glass that does not readily allow a soft error to occur in an interior element within an airtight package. In order to solve this problem, this bismuth glass powder is characterized by having an α-wave emission rate of 0.15cph/cm2 or less.
