Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a bogie and a rail vehicle. The bogie comprises: two side beams arranged side by side; two connecting bases, one of which being arranged below the middle portion of one side beam; a traction device which is connected between the two connecting bases and is connected to the body of the rail vehicle; wheel sets which are arranged below the end portions of the side beams, and comprise axles, and wheels and axle boxes symmetrically arranged on the axles; a primary suspension device which is arranged between each axle box and the end portions of the side beams; and a secondary suspension device which is arranged on the connecting bases and located on the outer sides of the side beams. The technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present application can reduce the weight of the bogie and facilitate a lightweight design.
