Provided are a carbon dioxide absorbent comprising a cyclic amine compound (A) and a porous material (B), wherein the cyclic amine compound (A) has 35 mol% or more of a primary amino group with respect to all amino groups; a method for recovering carbon dioxide by using said carbon dioxide absorbent; and an apparatus for separating and recovering carbon dioxide.
