Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the long-term preservation efficiency of cardiomyocyte aggregates. The method according to the present invention enables the cryopreservation of cardiomyocyte aggregates, and thus can not only expand the scope of 3D cell structure research, such as organoid production using pluripotent stem cells and the development of new drugs using organoids, but also enhances cell survival rates under hypoxic condition generated after in vivo transplantation, and thus is expected to be useful for related technology, such as the development of cell therapy products.
