Abstract:
[Problem] To enable a switching operation of a free state, a course lock state, and a lock state of a caster to be stably executed. [Solution] The present invention comprises a caster device 110 that can switch to a free state, a course lock state, and a lock state, and further comprises an operation transmission mechanism including a belt drive-type pulley group for changing, according to a switching operation of an operation member provided in a furniture body, the rotation angle of a cam shaft CAMST21 provided with: a first cam CAM21 having a cam surface capable of switching, by rotation of a first angle, from a state in which a course lock operation by a first follower FLW21 is restricted to a state in which the course lock operation by the first follower FLW21 is permitted; and a second cam CAM22 having a cam surface capable of switching, by rotation of a second angle (> the first angle), from a state in which a vehicle wheel lock operation with respect to a second follower FLW22 is restricted to a state in which the vehicle wheel lock operation with respect to the second follower FLW22 is permitted.
