Abstract:
This charging control device (15) comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring the temperature of a secondary cell (11) and a charging parameter for the secondary cell; a learning unit for learning, on the basis of the acquired charging parameter and the temperature of the secondary cell when the secondary cell is being charged, cell characteristics information including information containing a correlation between the rate at which temperature rises in the secondary cell from when charging of the secondary cell has started to when a stipulated period (TL) has elapsed and the charging parameter; a storage unit (15a) for storing the learned cell characteristics information; a command value calculation unit for calculating a command value for the charging parameter applying across the stipulated period from the charge start timing, the command value being calculated on the basis of the cell characteristics information stored in the storage unit and a temperate rise rate limit calculated on the basis of the stipulated period and the difference between the initial temperature of the secondary cell and a temperature limit, before charging of the secondary cell is started; and an operation unit for operating a charger (14) so as to control the charging parameter applying from the charge start timing to the command value.
