Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable easy seating and lifting of an infant in and from a child car seat in a state in which the child car seat is installed on a vehicle. A child car seat (1) is configured so as to allow rotation of a seat portion (30) with respect to a reception stand portion (10), wherein an engagement maintenance portion (33F) protrudes outward from an intermediate cylindrical portion (33E) in a lower engaged body (33) of the seat portion (30), and a plurality of holding protrusions (25) are provided so as to partially overlap with a circumferential trajectory (L33F) in the reception stand portion (10). As a result, when the seat portion (30) is turned by approximately 90 degrees with respect to the reception stand portion (10) from a front-facing state or a rear-facing state, the child car seat (1) positions the engagement maintenance portion (33F) between the two holding protrusions (25) so that the seat portion (30) can be maintained in a side-facing state.
