Abstract:
The present invention reduces the amount of cleaning solution remaining in a cleaning basket and improves the efficiency of drying a polycrystalline silicon accommodated in the cleaning basket. A cleaning basket (1) is used for cleaning and/or drying a polycrystalline silicon while accommodating the polycrystalline silicon, and comprises: a bottom plate (2) having a plurality of through-holes formed therein; and inclined plates (3) that have an inner surface (33) which forms an angle (θ1) with the upper surface (23) of the bottom plate (2) of 10° to 80°, slopes upward and toward the outside, and is connected to the bottom plate (2); and side plates (4) that are connected to the inclined plates (3) and extend upward.
