Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coated article which has excellent corrosion resistance at the same time as having excellent abrasion resistance. This coated article comprises a substrate, a primer layer (A) comprising a fluorine-containing polymer (a) and a heat-resistant resin, a fluorine-containing layer (B) formed from a powder coating material (I), and a fluorine-containing layer (C) formed from a powder coating material (II), and is characterized in that the powder coating material (I) contains particles of a melt-processable fluorine-containing polymer (b) and particles of a filler material (i), with 0.0001-30.0 particles of the filler material (i) to 100 particles of the melt-processable fluorine-containing polymer (b), and the powder coating material (II) contains particles of a melt-processable fluorine-containing polymer (c) and particles of a filler material (ii), with 0.0001-30.0 particles of the filler material (ii) to 100 particles of the melt-processable fluorine-containing polymer (c).
