Abstract:
A coloring nozzle for an electric wire, capable of reliably jetting a drop of a coloring material by a fixed amount at a time toward a desired position on an outer surface of an electric wire. A coloring nozzle (31) for an electric wire jets a drop of a liquid coloring material by a fixed amount at a time toward an outer surface of an electric wire and colors the wire. The coloring nozzle (31) has a hollow cylinder-like second nozzle member (50) inside which the coloring material flows in the direction of arrow Q. A tapered face (52) is provided on a head portion (50b), at a portion nearer to an electric wire, of the second nozzle member (50). The tapered face (52) gradually tapers the second nozzle member (50) toward the electric wire. The second nozzle member (50) has an outer periphery flat surface (53). The outer periphery flat surface (53) is provided at a position on an outer periphery of the opening portion (50c) of the second nozzle member (50), on an inner periphery of the tapered face (52). The outer periphery flat surface (53) is formed flat in the direction perpendicular to arrow Q.
