Abstract:

The present invention sets forth a comfortable bra and a processing method therefor. The bra comprises shoulder straps and a bra main body, and the bra main body comprises cups and fastening bands; the bra main body comprises a health care layer, a support layer and a decorative layer, and an adhesive coating layer is provided on a surface of the support layer. The method comprises steps such as fabric preparation, pre-shrinking treatment, filling pattern fabrication, mold fabrication, and cup shaping. That is to say that, in the present invention, the local elasticity of a fabric is changed by means of providing a special pineapple-pattern adhesive coating so as to give the fabric stronger support and elasticity, thus maintaining good support while preventing the feeling of the body being constricted. As such, when the bra is worn, friction caused by breast movement during daily activity is converted into a continuous massage on the breasts, which helps improve blood circulation in the breasts, and helps the metabolism and the synthesis of collagen in the breasts such that the breasts are more elastic and not liable to sag. Thus, adverse effects such as painful swelling of the breasts and lobular hyperplasia are prevented, and the risk of developing diseases such as breast cancer is greatly reduced.
