Abstract:
A compact integrated high-speed folding machine, comprising a large rotary drum (1), a slitting mechanism (2), an inserting and folding mechanism (3), an adhesion and transfer mechanism (4), an unwinding mechanism (5), and a hooking and folding mechanism (6), wherein the slitting mechanism (2), the inserting and folding mechanism (3) and the adhesion and transfer mechanism (4) are arranged outside the large rotary drum (1); a bottom cutter roller (21) of a slitting mechanism (2) and a middle inserting roller (33) of the inserting and folding mechanism (3) are respectively located at an upper end and a lower end of a vertical central line of the large rotary drum (1); the adhesion and transfer mechanism (4) and the unwinding mechanism (5) are respectively located on two sides of the vertical central line; the hooking and folding mechanism (6) is arranged on one side of the adhesion and transfer mechanism (4); and after multiple instances of folding of a gauze swab in an axis direction are completed on the large rotary drum (1), the gauze swab is linked and transferred to the hooking and folding mechanism (6), and multiple instances of folding of the gauze swab in a radial direction are completed on the hooking and folding mechanism (6). The linkage production method is applied to the production of a compact integrated high-speed folding machine. In this way, gauze swabs with barium threads and without barium threads can be produced at the same time, the barium threads are attached to the gauze swab at a heating roller to form a whole, and the cutting and folding of the barium threads and the gauze swab are synchronously carried out during a slitting and folding process, such that waste barium threads may not occur.
