Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a compatible high-power double-end output on-board charger (OBC) and a control method therefor. The charger comprises a primary conversion module, a first transformer T1, a secondary high-voltage conversion module, a secondary low-voltage conversion module, a second transformer T2, and a secondary rectifier module; a primary winding W5 of the second transformer T2 is connected to a primary winding W1 of the first transformer T1 in series and then is connected to an output end of the primary conversion module; a secondary winding W6 of the second transformer T2 is connected to an input end of the secondary rectifier module; an output end of the secondary rectifier module is connected to an output end of the secondary high-voltage conversion module in parallel; a primary side or a secondary side of the second transformer T2 is provided with a handover switch K; and the handover switch K is controlled according to a busbar voltage of the primary conversion module to put the second transformer T2 and the secondary rectifier module into operation or out of operation. The invention solves the problem of multipath parallel current sharing of a post-stage DCDC of the high-power OBC and the problem of compatibility of single-phase and three-phase input voltages, and has the advantages of fewer devices, being simple, being easy to implement, etc.
