Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a lignin-containing solid composition exhibiting high dispersibility and excellent heat resistance; a high performance solid lignin derivative which can be used for dispersants, etc., can be easily used in concrete construction sites, etc., and can also be used for premixes mixed with hydraulic compositions; and a composition which can be used as a dispersant capable of thickening and improving the properties of various dispersion media in countless applications, such as hydraulic compositions, dyes, inorganic and organic pigments, coal-water slurries, pesticides, ceramics, and oilfield drilling mud fluids. Provided is a granular or liquid composition which contains a lignin sulfonic acid-based compound and a water-soluble compound, or which is a reaction product of a lignin sulfonic acid-based compound and a water-soluble aromatic compound, and which includes a lignin derivative satisfying a predetermined condition.
