This compressor (1) in a refrigeration cycle device (20) of a vehicular air conditioning device (AC) operates a driving part (3) such that a refrigerant supplied into a housing (5) from a suctioning port part (7) is compressed by a compression mechanism part (2) and is discharged from a discharge port part (8). The compressor is supported, against a mounting target object (M), by support members (10) disposed in a plurality of places in the housing. A first support member (10a) disposed on the suctioning port part side has a first vibration-proof member (13a) made of rubber, and a second support member (10b) disposed on the discharge port part side has a second vibration-proof member (13b) made of rubber. At the standard temperature, the spring constant of the first vibration-proof member is less than a reference value, and the spring constant of the second vibration-proof member is greater than the reference value. Thus, by means of the rubber-made vibration-proof members having a temperature-dependent elastic modulus, vibration or noise of the compressor can be appropriately suppressed in the compressor and the refrigeration cycle device which are fixed to the mounting target object.
