In this connector provided with terminals and housings in which the terminals are inserted, the degree of freedom of design of holding parts for holding the terminals is improved and adjustment of connector characteristics such as impedance is made easy.　A connector 100 is provided with terminals (signal terminal 10, power supply terminal 20) and housings 30, 40 to which the terminals are inserted. The housings 30, 40 are formed by including a first housing (fitting housing 30) and a second housing (mounting housing 40), wherein the first housing has first-side holding parts (power supply terminal holding parts 38, 39, signal terminal holding parts 36, 37 of fitting housing 30) for holding portions of the terminals, and the second housing has second-side holding parts (power supply terminal holding part 44, signal terminal holding part 41 of the mounting housing 40) for holding other portions of the terminals.
