Abstract:
A cryogenic refrigerator (10) comprises: a compressor (12); a cold head (14); a high-pressure line (24) connecting the compressor (12) to the cold head (14); and a refrigeration capacity suppressor (18). The refrigeration capacity suppressor (18) comprises: a gas inlet (28) that receives refrigerant gas from the high-pressure line (24); a gas outlet (30) that feeds refrigerant gas to the high-pressure line (24); a plurality of internal pipes that connect the gas inlet (28) to the gas outlet (30) in parallel; and a switch valve that switches the plurality of internal pipes. The plurality of internal pipes cause the refrigerant gas flow to have mutually different pressure loss from the gas inlet (28) to the gas outlet (30).
