Title:
CURRENT SENSOR AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/203700
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a current sensor not using a potting material or an adhesive, etc., capable of fixing the positional relationship between a magnetic core and a magnetic sensor, and capable of reducing member and production costs. The current sensor detects current that flows through a conductor (7), on the basis of magnetic flux detected by a magnetic sensor (4), and comprises: the magnetic core (2) surrounding the conductor (7) through which current flows and having an air gap (12) provided therein; the magnetic sensor (4) that detects magnetic flux inside the air gap (12); and a case housing the magnetic core (2) and the magnetic sensor (4) and capable of being split into two sections (1, 8) each having provided therein a hole (9, 11) penetrated by the conductor (7). The current sensor comprises: a pressing section (14) provided inside one section (8) of the case and which locally presses the magnetic core (2) towards the other case section (1); and a plurality of hooking sections (10a, 10b) that mutually hook the two sections (1, 8). The pressing section (14) presses the magnetic core (2) towards the other section (1) by the hooking sections (10a, 10b) hooking the two sections (1, 8) together.
