Abstract:
A storing unit (170) stores an accident feature vector representing a feature amount of a traffic accident scene as accident feature information (171). A feature generating unit (120) generates a traveling feature vector (21) representing a feature amount of a traveling scene that represents a situation of a traveling vehicle. A feature selecting unit (130) calculates similarity between the accident feature vector contained in the accident feature information (171) and the traveling feature vector (21). On the basis of the similarity, the feature selecting unit (130) selects, from the accident feature information (171), an accident feature vector having highest similarity with the traveling feature vector (21) as a similar feature vector. A danger determining unit (140) determines, on the basis of the similarity between the similar feature vector and the traveling feature vector (21), whether or not the traveling vehicle has a risk of causing a traffic accident.
