Abstract:
The present invention relates to a design method and system for a near-net shape blade clamp of an aero-engine. The method comprises: 1) establishing a case blade tool database; 2) finding, from the constructed case blade tool database, a case blade similar to a target blade; 3) on the basis of an optimal tool clamp model corresponding to the similar case blade, determining a three-dimensional model of a mechanical structure in a target blade clamp; 4) performing spatial projection on the similar case blade and the target blade to obtain the two-dimensional planar graph information of the target blade and the similar case blade, and performing affine transformation and inverse transformation on the grids of the target blade and the similar case blade in a two-dimensional plane to obtain the three-dimensional positioning point and clamping point layout of the target blade; and 5) obtaining a final three-dimensional model of the target blade clamp on the basis of the three-dimensional model of the mechanical structure in the target blade clamp and the three-dimensional positioning point and clamping point layout of the target blade. The present invention can be widely applied to the field of aero-engine manufacturing.
