Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an estimating unit that estimates the behavior of a power storage device using an equivalent circuit model that, of the SOC-operating voltage characteristics during current charging and discharging of a power storage device, reflects the SOC-operating voltage characteristics of a high-change-amount region, in which the amount of change in the operating voltage with respect to the amount of change in the SOC is higher than other regions; and an output unit that outputs the estimation result produced by the estimating unit.
