Abstract:
A display device (2) comprises a first display component (21) having a first screen (21D), a second display component (22) having a second screen (22D), a casing (10) for storing the first and second display components (21, 22), and a movement mechanism. Provided in the casing (10) are a first display component storage area in which the first display component (21) is stored, and a second display component storage area in which the second display component (22) is stored. The movement mechanism has a first in-plane direction rail for enabling the first display component (21) to move in an X direction, and a second orthogonal direction rail for enabling the second display component (22) to move in a Z direction. The first in-plane direction rail enables the first display component (21) to move between the first display component storage area and an adjacent area that is adjacent to the first display component storage area. The second orthogonal direction rail enables the second display component (22) to move between the second display component storage area and the first display component storage area.
