A display structure and a display. The display structure comprises a screen layer (1) and a backlight source substrate (2), wherein the screen layer (1) and the backlight source substrate (2) are arranged opposite each other, and a shielding layer (3) is arranged on one side of the screen layer (1); the shielding layer (3) comprises several blocking components, and there is a light transmitting gap (11) between adjacent blocking components; and movable blocks (4) are arranged on one side of the screen layer (1), and the movable blocks (4) are movably arranged at the light transmitting gaps (11) or on the blocking components. The movable blocks (4), which can be electrically driven and horizontally move left and right, are used to replace liquid crystal molecules in the prior art to serve as an optical switch of a backlight source, and the movable blocks do not need to turn and move a long distance, thereby greatly improving the response time of a liquid crystal screen. The whole display structure is based on an LED backlight source with stable performance, and therefore has a long service life.
