Abstract:
A suspension tablet, comprising the following components in weight percentage: 2%-30% of a drug, 10%-70% of a water-soluble swollen polymer, 0.1%-5% of caprylic capric acid polyethylene glycol glyceride, 8%-50% of a gas generating agent, 10%-50% of an excipient, 0.1%-5% of a flow aid, 0.1%-5% of a lubricant, and 0%-7% of a penetration enhancer, said components adding up to 100%. After the tablet is immersed in an acid solution, the surface is disintegrated, and the tablet core continues to float and slowly release the drug. Meanwhile, the caprylic capric acid polyethylene glycol glyceride can increase the water absorption of the tablet and promote the formation of a gel matrix.
