Abstract:
To suppress a size. An elastic wave device comprises a first piezoelectric layer, a second piezoelectric layer stacked on the first piezoelectric layer in a first direction, and an IDT electrode. The IDT electrode includes a first bus bar electrode, a second bus bar electrode opposed to the first bus bar electrode, a first electrode finger that is provided for the first bus bar electrode and extends toward the second bus bar electrode, and a second electrode finger that is provided for the second bus bar electrode and extends toward the first bus bar electrode. The first electrode finger and the second electrode finger are held between the first piezoelectric layer and the second piezoelectric layer in a first direction, extend in a second direction crossing the first direction, and are stacked when viewed in a third direction orthogonal to the second direction.
