Abstract:
Various embodiments of the present document relate to an electronic device including substrates having a shielding structure, the electronic device comprising a first substrate, a second substrate, and a third substrate which is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and electrically connects the first substrate to the second substrate, wherein a stacked structure of the second substrate includes: a first metal layer including a first metal pattern connected to ground and a plurality of first slits which are formed by removing at least a portion of the first metal pattern and each have a cross shape; a second metal layer which is formed in a second direction opposite to a first direction, relative to the first metal layer, and includes a second metal pattern connected to ground and a plurality of second slits which are formed by removing at least a portion of the second metal pattern and each have a cross shape; and a plurality of ground vias penetrating through at least a portion of the second substrate so as to connect the first metal pattern of the first metal layer to the second metal pattern of the second metal layer. In the present document, various other embodiments may be possible.
