Abstract:
A load variation compensating circuit comprises a first delay circuit part that varies in delay amount by a predetermined first variation amount relative to a unit variation amount of a power supply voltage supplied to an operating circuit and that delays a given clock signal; a second delay circuit part that is disposed in parallel with the first delay circuit part, varies in delay amount by a second variation amount, which is greater than the first variation amount, relative to the unit variation amount of the power supply voltage supplied to the operating circuit and that delays the given clock signal; a load circuit that is connected in parallel with the operating circuit with respect to a common power supply wiring; and a phase determining part that determines a phase difference between the clock signal outputted from the first delay circuit part and the clock signal outputted from the second delay circuit part and that controls, based on the phase difference, the amount of current consumed by the load circuit.
