Abstract:
Provided is an easily manufactured electronic part. The electronic part (1) is provided with a substrate (10), a function electrode part (11), pad electrode parts (12a, 12b), and an insulating layer (13). The function electrode part (11) is positioned on the substrate (10). The pad electrode parts (12, 12b) are positioned on the substrate (10). The pad electrode parts (12, 12b) are electrically connected to the function electrode part (11). The insulating layer (13) is arranged so as to cover at least one part of the function electrode part (11) and at least one part of the pad electrode parts (12a, 12b). At least one part of the surface of the portion of the pad electrode parts (12a, 12b) that is covered by the insulating layer (13) has asperity.
