Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Provided is an Escherichia coli strain for synthesizing L-valine, a method for constructing same, and use thereof. Provided is an Escherichia coli strain named as Escherichia coli W3110, deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on March 18, 2022, with a deposition number of CCTCC M 2022293. Escherichia coli W3110 is used as an original strain, and a transcription regulation factor is overexpressed, such that a recombinant Escherichia coli strain for synthesizing L-valine is obtained. The recombinant Escherichia coli strain for synthesizing L-valine is tested by fermentation under the condition of micro-dissolved oxygen in a 5 L fermentor, and the yield of L-valine reaches 112 g/L, with the bacterial OD being 104.
