Abstract:
This evaporation device is provided with: a stirring tank into which a starting liquid is supplied and which is equipped with a volatile component outlet and a concentrated liquid outlet; a jacket that is provided on the circumference of said stirring tank and is for heating the inner wall of said stirring tank; and a liquid-dispersing section that is provided inside the stirring tank and causes the starting liquid to flow down the inner wall of said stirring tank. Said stirring tank is provided with at least one storage section that is surrounded by the bottom of said stirring tank, said inner wall, and a partition wall, and is for temporarily storing said starting liquid that has flowed down. Said liquid-dispersing section is configured from: a rotating shaft; and at least one channel member that has a flow channel, in which said starting liquid that is temporarily stored in said storage section flows upward from the lower part of said stirring tank with the rotation of said rotating shaft and which is mounted on said rotating shaft. Said concentrated liquid outlet is provided in the bottom of said stirring tank.
