Abstract:
An expanding transfer punching machine for a USB metal housing, comprising: a multi-station transfer robotic arm mechanism (10) and a die (20), wherein the die is elongated and is provided with multiple machining stations (200) arranged in a straight line; the die comprises an upper die plate (21) and a lower die plate (22); a multi-station transfer robotic arm is provided on a side of the die and comprises multiple robotic arms having one-to-one correspondence to the machining stations; the multiple robotic arms move synchronously and each robotic arm is used for picking a product from a machining station corresponding to the robotic arm, and placing the picked product to the next machining station or a blanking position; the upper die plate is fitted with the lower die plate after the product is placed to the next machining station, such that the machining process of a product on each machining station is completed. By machining a USB metal housing using the expanding transfer punching machine, the product stability is good, and the difficulty in adjusting dies in the prior art can be overcome.
