Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a fast AA assembly method for a camera. The assembly method comprises: obtaining position and posture data, i.e. first data, of a lens by means of fixedly setting a reference chip at an AA station so that the lens is actively aligned with the reference chip at the AA station; obtaining position and posture data, i.e. second data, of a chip to be mounted on an assembly station and the reference chip on the AA station; by means of the calculation of the first data and the second data, obtaining a target position of the lens on the assembly station, so that the chip to be mounted with glue can be cured with the lens at the assembly station to obtain a finished material, without needing to power on and actively align the chip on the assembly station; the assembly station does not need to be powered on, and the lens and chip are not shielding during the curing process, which improves the curing effect; a glue dispensing station and an AA process are executed in parallel to increase the efficiency of assembly; in addition, the reference chip is always fixed on the AA station, which simplifies the design of a fixture mechanism and circuit and reduces the assembly costs.
