Abstract:
The present invention provides a quick AA device for a camera. According to the device, a hollow rotary disk transfer module is used to implement the transfer of a chip to be assembled from feeding to finished product formation; a chip attitude measurement module is mounted at a hollowed-out position of a transfer table to improve the space utilization rate of the device and the compactness of the overall device; target attitude data of a lens to be assembled on an assembly module is calculated according to acquired position attitude data of the lens to be assembled and acquired attitude data of a reference chip and the chip to be assembled, so that after being dispensed, the chip to be assembled is cured, in the assembly module, with the lens to be assembled to obtain a finished product, and electrification and an AA action are not required to be performed on the chip to be assembled on the assembly module; since the assembly module does not need to be electrified, the lens and the chip are not shielded during the curing process, so that the curing effect is improved; station dispensing and an AA process are concurrently executed, so that the assembly efficiency is improved; in addition, the reference chip is always fixed on an AA station, so that a jig mechanism and route design are simplified, and the assembly cost is reduced.
