Abstract:
A fastener is inserted into a first mounting hole (14a) of a vehicle body panel (14) and has an interior panel (16) mounted thereto by means of a screw member (12), the fastener being provided with: a cylindrical section having an open portion into which the screw member (12) is inserted and passed, and a receiving portion which receives and locks the screw member (12); a ring-shaped section (22) formed to surround the open portion from the outer diameter sides thereof so as to be closely attached around the first mounting hole (14a); and a connecting section (24) extending from the end of the open portion side of the cylindrical section toward the outside in a radial direction to be connected to the ring-shaped section (22), and formed to be thinner than the ring-shaped section (22) so as to be bendable. The connecting section (24) is formed to be thinner than the portion surrounded by the first mounting hole (14a) of the cylindrical section so as to be easily bent.
