Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a fire suppression electronic component for electric safety, a microelectronic fire suppression apparatus, and a fire suppression protection system. In the field of electrical safety technology, based on a "limited" internal space and microstructure, the electrical safety technology is redefined, and a new protection hardware architecture is designed. As a protection hardware backend, a device can achieve self-monitoring (thermal monitoring and fire monitoring) and self-protection (cooling and fire extinguishing) of internal components and internal structure thereof by simple component and apparatus provision in an extremely limited internal structure space, such that the problems of thermal management and electrical safety of electronic/electrical devices are resolved from a fundamental micro level, containing dangers and risks (thermal runaway and fire of internal components) at the root and initial stage with lower cost and lower risk, and preventing accidents and disasters.
