Abstract:
A frame tube recombined cover plate of a cast-in-situ wall core block mold, comprising bearing cover plates and partitioning cover plates. The two types of cover plates cancel a plurality of flat plates on the surfaces of model walls corresponding to respective cover plates of the cast-in-situ wall core block molds. Flat plates (2) vertically connected to front and rear flat plates (1) are added at more than three positions of the left and right edges of the front and rear flat plates (1) by an equidistant length, and then the flat plates (2) are connected to a plurality of convex semicircular pipes (8), and hollow semi-cylinders (9) of the plurality of convex semicircular pipes (8) with the left and right sides being added with the flat plates (2) are blocked. The cover plate is placed on coverless molds which are assembled and fed respectively, so that the excess portion of the foamed concrete slurry in the mold is self-expanded from the front and rear edges of the rectangular hollow cover of the cover plate to the plurality of convex semicircular pipes, and then the cover plate is horizontally removed from one side of the semi-cylinder that is not blocked, to obtain the upper surface shape of the cast-in-situ core block. The cover plate is simple in structure, convenient in operation, and has less waste, and can make the cast-in-situ wall core block molds overlapped, and thus, less land is occupied, and the cost is low.
