Abstract:
A frequency mixer circuit, comprising a transconductance stage circuit, a switch stage circuit, and a load stage circuit electrically connected in sequence; the transconductance stage circuit is used for accessing a radio frequency voltage signal and converting the radio frequency voltage signal into a radio frequency current signal; the switch stage circuit is used for accessing a local oscillation signal and the radio frequency current signal, and using the local oscillation signal to control a switch level transistor to conduct alternately; and the load stage circuit is used for converting an intermediate frequency current signal into a voltage signal for output. The transconductance stage circuit uses a transistor stacking technique structure, increasing the conversion gain of the frequency mixer; in addition, a source degenerated inductance structure is used to further increase the conversion gain and linearity of the circuit.
