FRESH-KEEPING STERILIZATION METHOD FOR FEEDING INSECTS

Provided is a fresh-keeping sterilization method for feeding insects, comprising (1) preparing living insects, adding an antioxidant, and carrying out high-temperature treatment to realize insect inactivation, insect protein fixation and one-time disinfection and sterilization; (2) preforming sudden cold treatment or natural cooling in an oxygen-free environment on the insects obtained in the step (1) to maintain the primary colors of the insects and obtain color-preserving insects; (3) aseptically packaging the color-preserving insects under nitrogen atmosphere; and (4) carrying out secondary disinfection and sterilization on aseptically packaged insects to obtain feeding insects. The method does not damage insect appearance, maintains insect primary colors, does not damage insect nutrition, has good preservation effect, long shelf life, safety and sterility, strong palatability of animals and wide application.
