Abstract:
A piston rod (10) has a large diameter part (10b) on a movable terminal side thereof and a small diameter part (10a) that is formed more to an insulating operating rod (18) side than the large diameter part (10b) and is formed with an outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the inside peripheral surface (26b) of an insulating cylinder member (26). The insulating cylinder member (26) has: a cylinder part (26e) intervening between the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter part (10a) and the inner peripheral surface of the insulating operating rod (18); a bottom part (26c) disposed facing the tip of the small diameter part (10a); and a through hole (10a1) for a linking pin (23) passing through the piston rod (10) and the insulating operating rod (18).
