Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a glass cloth, a prepreg, and a printed wiring board. This glass cloth is formed by weaving glass yarn containing a plurality of filaments. The bulk dielectric loss tangent of the glass in the glass yarn is 0.0010 or less. The tensile strength of warp with respect to the thickness of the glass cloth represented by formula (A) below is within the range of 0.50-6.0: (A) tensile strength (N/25 mm) in warp direction of glass cloth/thickness (μm) of glass cloth. The coefficient of variation of the tensile strength in the warp direction of the glass cloth is within the range of 15% or less. The dielectric loss tangent at 10 GHz of the glass cloth is within the range exceeding 0 to 0.0010 or less.
