The present device relates to a grinder with an easily replaceable abrasive disc and, more particularly, to a grinder in which an abrasive disc can easily be replaced by assembling a holder for coupling and supporting the abrasive disc. The grinder with an easily replaceable abrasive disc comprises: a grinder main body which has a drive unit and a grip unit separately formed therein and a built-in motor for generating rotational force and in which a coupling end rotated at high speed by the motor protrudes from the drive unit; and a holder assembly having a hexagonal hole penetrating the upper and lower surfaces formed on a central axis, and composed of an insertion member seated and fixed to the grinder main body such that the coupling end is disposed inside the hexagonal hole, a power transmission member having a lower portion coupled to the coupling end through the hexagonal hole and an upper portion into which the central portion of the abrasive disc is inserted and fixed, and a fixing member that fixes the insertion member to the grinder main body.
